Racism

After the day of discussion, I felt very proud of talking with so many great persons around the world about racism. No matter where the people come from, the thesis of anti-racism, or the expectations of non-racism are the same in different languages and cultures. All of us realized there are many barriers to get the goal, but we still participated in the program even with unclear speaking. India has a problem of language, it is the biggest problem of racism; Norway has religious racism in their societies but youth group are working on the reduction  of religious discrimination. After we had this meeting, I knew about the racism is not just exist in one place. It's a global issue that need everyone on the earth to help and understand.

Progress

Argument, discussion and debate are referring to competition. All of them do their works by conflict, which often the oral style. People are easily influenced by emotion, and this is the reason that an rational argument turns into a brutal conflict. As we pay more attention to the outcome, the more sensitive we are. Victory is not the only thing from a debate. Debate is a stage of presentation that others can hear you. Most of us don't have this opportunity to ask people to listen, but debate can even make others listen to you carefully. It's a great chance to have a debate with others, this is how people get improvement from human civilization.

100 people in the world

I watched the portrait of 100 people today. What would it looks like? The population of the earth has already over 7 billions, and the number is still increasing day by day. The 100 people foundation is a program which in order to help us understand the people and create a community profile. I found the 100 people also makes research about the distribution of resources, like electricity, water and education. They create a summary by using data from this program, and they present a scene of population of the world.

Help

I began to think about help people since I was very young, and I actually did from such a small age. I can feel that I was borned to help, it's innate from my heart. Every time I helped people without my awareness of help. I didn't noticed the process means kindness or charity, I just want to do so. I can remember the previous holiday in the US, the Halloween, when my teacher brought us to a pumpkin festival. It was funny when I saw many kinds and sizes of pumpkins, and the operators showed us many interesting things. But soon I realized that they were helping people of native american who grew these big pumpkins. I determined to help in my mind at that time, and I picked a small but golden pumpkin at last. It cost 2 dollars but I paid 20 for it, and the operator asked me whether I was sure about this. I nodded without hesitations. In my mind of charity, I always think that kindness is not what you have done, but you start to thinking about help others.

Organization

I always organize my stuff well because of the obsessive-compulsive disorder, which was called OCD as a short form in medical science. For example, I insist to keep spoons and folks in order even just a few tools in kitchen and I can't bear the unwashed plates in the pool. Besides the kitchen, I also like to keep my bedroom clean as possible as I can. But in general space like a public room, the symptoms of OCD are less effective to me. I won't ask for place something in order although I feel uncomfortable. I think I am a person with OCD, but not so serious. Moreover, in some people's words, slight OCD is a good thing to most of people.

What I'm feeling when I heard free writing right now

Saturday is important to me cause I have to take an exam which from GMAC. Even though I kept working on it everyday, I feel stressful and can't focus on subjects of ELS, especially R&W. In our R&W class, the first essay is about argument, but I don't have clearly logical thinking that I really needed. My mind has totally messed up during these days. I think I have too much stress to the test and I need to calm down and release myself.

The right to carry weapons

Weapons are dangerous to people, but if you don't have a gun, you could be get into danger more often than itself in U.S. Having guns become very common in America. That means everybody has a gun in average. So you might be careful to argue with somebody cause it could cost your life, which the most precious for a human being. Guns are easy to swipe out one's life and it makes people wants power. The fewer guns exist the more safe place we live in. But it is difficult to take off one's power by themselves without reluctant.

How to fight against strong enemy

Talking about teamwork, I remembered my favorite game- World of Tanks. Its pace not so fast but it need more brains to thinking, like strategy. I just had seen a game match on YouTube, it just amazing to me. Facing all of those strong teams even the best in the world, what you gonna do to against them? I often remind myself that armory is not the most powerful weapon in this world, human mind is. Try every possible imagination before match, keep practicing with teammates, and find out every single point of importance. Keep doing these could make your team powerful but it still missed something- the creation. Human's brain is brilliant and that's how the Na'vi become the best team in the world. 

My teacher in high school

I'm 25 years old for now and most of period in my life had spent in school. I've been average during my study time but I did well in finish high school. When I was in Grade 10, I couldn't do those courses well and most of them can't pass. My father was so worried but he didn't blame me. Even my school teacher suggested that I should not chose chemistry to learn, which gave me a huge shock. I was disappointed during that time but my English teacher supported me and helped me to get out of this. I approved myself in the final exam in grade 12, which is the most difficult exam in students life. I'm really appreciate my teacher， he is integrity and let me get the hope.

Internet

Internet is the most significant invention in last hundred years. It is helpful to human's community and make the world smaller than ever. It doesn't like atomic bomb which bring people sadness and frighten, internet has changed the world positively. Besides the communication, internet also help human get away from many disasters. Such as SARS, EBOLA and natural damage. I think the internet helped people so much that it become a signal of new generation.

Tablet

I decide to buy an accessory which name is Surface. It's a tablet made by Microsoft and it contained laptop functions. It can be separated easily that can adopt any situation in your life. I have a laptop but it is so heavy, full equipment's weight is 5.0 kg. This new kind of tablet is much lighter and more convenient than my computer. Mobile is the key for recent, and it will make my life more easier.

Public service

I think use bag on the seat to prevent somebody from sitting besides you is very rude. It is public transfer method that not belongs to oneself. You can tell people that you don't want someone sit besides you but you don't have rights to keep them away. People are not likely to occupy the seat cause they shows their polite and you shouldn't make it become a tool to show your rude.

Friendship

I would like to know my close friends have interested and opinions that are identical to me. Friends are talking to each other more than normal friends, the identical interest will let us have more fun and keep going on relationship which means we'll have more words and won't get boring when talking somethings you don't know. It will facilitate our friendship as well. People in same interest may reflect that we are close to others. It can help people to find their friends more easily.

Early retired

In common, I get retired at age of 60. If I want to retire at 45, I would do more works to make this happen. Everything has a chance to happen and I think I can make it become real. In my scheme, I had only 20 years for fighting which means I can't fail anymore. Knowledge is fortune, I consist to spend 4 years in study, during this time I must learn much enough for my career- investment. Nothing would happen if you kept working on paper, so I decide to seek a part-time job for practice since my first two- years finished. Investment is full of risk, I think experience is much more important than theory. Before my age of 35, I had to learn everything I need. The rest of time I want to found a company or I can invest by myself. Though it is just a dream, I still want to fight compare to this dream scheme.

Security in school

I only heard that the student carried a gun and fired in the school in United States but none in my living city. I would agree with using metal detector if there had a situation. It is personal safety and I think nobody would say no if it really happened. Maybe people would say how about my privacy? Well, facing that I could only respond them life is precious. If anybody get hurt or killed with a gun in school, it will be a big problem and causes much more than private stuff. Everyone should care more about the others but not myself.

Widespread sport in my country

I have few times to get sports. when I was young, I had played soccer and went to swim. There is a long time that I don't take any sports game until high school. Basketball is better for me during that time but I think badminton should be the most popular sport. Despite of high school, I've seen many neighbors played badminton on a field near house, especially children and older. Adults and parents may not have time to do exercise but family will be more freely, but they can not go too far to have sports and badminton is capable to them which just need a empty place. China have some good badminton player, such as Lin Dan and Li Chong Wei. I think the convenience could be the most important reason that badminton is so popular in my country.

Development

I had lived in Shenzhen for 14 years. When I first came to my home in this city, I was just 11 and everything around us were totally different. In my memory I could only remembered that our home was the only one in that area and even the road was incomplete. After 10 years, our region become one of the best place to live in shenzhen. We have restaurant, shopping mall, school, and metro. It become so nice for living and all of these are unexpectable before. You may not noticed the trend of your living environment, but you would flashback when you have time to enjoy it.

About problem solution

My friends always like talking about worldwide stuff. It just like the man's gossip time and I usually choose to join them. None of us could tell the truth about that we are talking, we just keep it going and get excited. It's a nice way to have a conversation with friends but I like confer with my father if I really want to know those things around the world. Minimizing world problem is a part of our discussion, everyone will do this if the world have problems. We usually start from a news and get information we know about it, subsequently, we begin the process of advice. Because confer with older can expand your scope, you can learn more under a fully consideration. Teenagers can't think perfectly and this can improve your ability of thinking from different directions. It is necessary for many things in one's life.

We need control the expand of population

Our country has the largest amount of population over the world. That means we need to make more effort to raise our family, many of people in my country they just about to sink. Population needs to be hold, our government tried their way to find a balance of this amount. They make researches, analysis and policy to slow down the speed of increase of population. Recently many provinces in China release the strict policy, they permit that if one of the couple is single, this couple could have two children. It means population in China will under control, especially it is a special time for generation of our grandparents. If we could control our population, we might have more source and our kids could live a better life.

Do it yourself with a car

To modify a car that suit your preferences is everyone's dream. If I had chance to modify a car, I would change the typical seat. I will make them able to move and turn around. I've seen this design before and I really enjoy the idea. Get rid of the box in middle of two seat, instead, I will try to change a small table which can be fold. Make the back row can hide when nobody there, It means you can have more space for shopping, even make the car roof can be fully open and close. It won't be a great one but I think this will be more useful for my family and friends.

Where to start

A small foundation could develop a great building. It means not only the constructure but also everything. If I had $100,000 to start a foundation, I would began with charity. Helping people is priority, at same time it is a stage that investor can develop their public appearance. It may have effect about business. On the other hand, this is a communication form for many kinds of people, it is more important to get information than do everything just by yourself our small team. Locked the door only makes you overtime. I wanted to build the Empire State Building but it won't happened without strong foundation. With this foundation of charity, I can do more to make people significant including myself and more over the help. Kind-heart is a virtue and it brings you everything.

Crysis come up with integrity

Stock securities in my country had been through a dark time recently. Most of people just think about what's happened in goverment or institute. Probably they were ignored a very serious problem among hundreds of securities companies. I've worked for a securities company for two years. During that darkness, of course all of us know what happened. To trace the origin, integrity is the most important thing.
Before everybody go sink, many securities companies have showed their clients about special bugdet plan. There are many types and all of them sounds perfect if you want to earn some money in a short time. It just like you have $10,000 for investment, the company can provide 3 or 5 times money as you have which means a loan for you to invest the stock market. It may have some limits but most of them are unlimited.
Everyone feels excited when they heard this, it means they have more foundation. But as time goes, market goes down and everybody don't pay attention to ths signal. The bad news comes like snow, more and more money lost. How about the partner? Securities company just forced their client to come out without warning, because they don't want lose money.
Many people have lost their whole life storage from working, even some people lend money from the bank. They have nothing left to live anymore so some of them choose the death to escape.
If those companies have more integrity, do some serious warning to client. They could escape and don't need lose so much even their life. It's cold and bloody when people can only see the money and forget the humanity.
